Exhibition bio: " Having all moved to Manchester from numerous points of origin, the artists are taking the time to mark their friendships and journey as active members of the local creative scene as it currently stands. “Our Gaff” invites you in to take a look into a visual archive that encompasses a small creative community’s relationships to one another, shared experiences and artistic collaboration."

The main focus of the exhibition was collaboration. The majority of artwork exhibited had been worked on by two of the artists together, creating a varied collection of artwork that related to each other through the dynamics, relationships and personalities of this close group of artists. The exhibition included a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, animation, photography, graphic/ zine design, collage and paper cutting

Saan1 Gallery documented the backgrounds and creative practices of each artist through interviews. They also visited and photographed the creation process for work included in the show. A written piece as well as documentary photos were included as part of the exhibition.
